As you can tell I figured out how to use Flickr!! At first I was really worried about figuring out how to do this, but it really wasn't as hard as what I originally thought. Now if I didn't do it right, then I guess it was harder than I thought!
I can see me using Flickr in the classroom to display projects that the students have completed. I could also use it to take pictures how what I expect the projects to look like. Obviously if I were to have pictures with the students in it I would have to have permission. I could always make the pictures private and just add it to my blog. I will definitely start using this for my personal use. I am not a scrap booker, but I could do this and share my photos with my family!
I have never used anything like this before, but I will now!
I am apprehensive about making my pictures public, but I did enjoy looking at other people's pictures. I even posted a few comments! ( I so would have never done that before this class!)

I know what you mean, about commenting. Since I have to for the class I'm becoming a little more comfortable with it. I guess I never really thought about people reading them and actually building a relationship with someone.
I do digital scrapping and read blogs all the time, but never commented much. I've forced myself to start doing that now. It's kind of neat when someone responds to something you've said. Maybe it's a kind of affirmation that, hey, I'm here and I'm a real person.
You're doing a great job, shortstuff. Those photos that other people share can come in pretty handy when you are looking for a picture to illustrate a concept. That's the way I use it a lot.
